Reviews with Rob (Shadow Creek vs Hightower 1-10-20)

This first round Shadow Creek vs Hightower game was more anticipated than a tax refund check. Thanks to the community out pour, the crowd was thicker than a peanut butter smoothie. Shadow Creek c/o 2021 Ramon Walker lived in the paint in the first quarter on his way to 8 points. Hightower c/o 2022 Bryce Griggs was his normal self with 9 points in the quarter as Shadow Creek led 21-18 after the first. In the 2nd Griggs picked up where he left off scoring 10 points, but Shadow Creek’s c/o 2021 Will Young and c/o 2022 Shawn Jones combined for 11 points coupled with the defense of c/o 2020 Rodney Byrd had Shadow Creek in the lead at the half 42-34. In the second half as Walker, Young and Jones kept Shadow Creek in front. Bryce Griggs and company
kept swinging, eventually cutting the lead to 9 in the fourth. Hightower’s c/o 2020 Chris Harris Jr saddled by foul trouble in the first half scored 8
points in the 4th. Turns out it was too little too late as Shadow Creek won 86-74. Bryce Griggs led all scores with 34 points, Chris Harris Jr finished with 15 points for the hurricanes. Will Young finished with
21 points, Shawn Jones 20 points, Ramon Walker 18 points for Shadow Creek. I really want to give a shout to Shadow Creek’s c/o 2022 Randy Masters for his energy and added scoring, Rodney Byrd for his 94 ft defensive intensity, and c/o 2020 Tre Lightener as he was a super X factor that got to every loose ball and rebounded with anger. For Hightower they have to get more production from their front court. I have seen them multiple times and know that this was not their best performance
