Houston, TX- The Bradley Braves and coach Brian Wardle reached back in Houston and grabbed another one of the top 15 rated prospects in a loaded 2025 class. After helping lead Xavier Academy to a SWAIC regular season and conference tournament title, the 6’5 senior earned 1st team all SWAIC, as well as All Tournament team awards.
After spending his first three years at Hamshire- Fannett HS, He transferred to Xavier Academy and teamed up with his future Brave teammate, Montana Wheeler, to lead Xavier Academy to a #1 ranking in the city of Houston. A 2000 point scorer for his career, several schools entered the mix for his services. After being recruited by Texas Arlington, Cleveland State, Eastern Michigan, Texas State, Columbia, & Cornell, he chose Bradley due to fit.
“Due to coaching changes at various schools, it impacted my recruiting process and led to a level of focus and clarity. I feel like Bradley was the right fit because they are accustomed to winning and have a winning tradition. The coaching staff knows what it takes to get to the next level and I could see myself developing and thriving in their system. The team is like a brotherhood and it just felt like home.”
“Leaving Hamshire-Fannett was probably the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life. I knew it would be worth it coming and playing under Teddy Wheeler because he’s produced high level college guys and pros. Xavier has prepared me for the next level by showing me what it takes and the work that I have to put in to get to where I want to be. A super high level program with high level trainers, staff, and coaches.”
